Chief Executive Officer

Keith Blind


Keith Blind is the Chief Executive Officer for ODG HADEN Maintenance and is responsible for ODG HADEN's Maintenance businesses in Australia and New Zealand.

He joined Norfolk in September 2010 as General Manager, New Zealand.
Keith has extensive industry knowledge and practical experience in operations, fiscal responsibility, employee relations and communication. 

Keith has been an executive member of the Fire Protection Association for 10 years and a member of their governance committee and is a director of three companies in the association.

Prior to working for the Norfolk Group, Keith was with Tyco New Zealand where he started in 1991 as a Branch Manager, rising to the position of Vice President and General Manager of New Zealand and Fiji which he held from 2002 to 2010. 



 


Divisional Finance Manager

Grant Jones


Grant was appointed to the position of Divisional Finance Manager in May 2011. Prior to this Grant held various senior management positions in similar large service and construction businesses throughout Australia. His experience includes senior finance roles, general management and mergers and acquisitions in the Asia Pacific region, spanning 20 years.

During his career Grant has also been heavily involved with a number of large ERP implementations using his financial knowledge and his strong construction background in supporting the successful launches.
 
Grant holds a Bachelor of Business from RMIT in Melbourne majoring in Accounting and is currently studying a Master of Commerce at Deakin University. He also holds CPA status from CPA Australia.



 

 

Haden Legal Counsel

Anthony Castro


Tony Castro was appointed to the role of Legal Counsel in September 2012. In this role, Tony is responsible for reviewing contracts, negotiating agreements and assisting in the resolution of disputes involving the ODG HADEN Maintenance business.

Tony’s background is in private practice, as a solicitor specialising mainly in Major Projects, infrastructure and mergers and acquisitions with a focus in real estate assets. Prior to joining the Haden team, Tony contributed to some of Australia’s most well known projects and developments, and has collaborated with and advised a range of local, international and public sector customers, in roles in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales.



 

General Manager Sales & Corporate Accounts

David Andrews


David is the General Manager Sales & Corporate Accounts for ODG HADEN. Previously, he successfully held the position of General Manager Business Development supporting Construction and Maintenance Operations. He is responsible for growth through development of sales strategies, major bids and contracts, market opportunities, strategic alliance and technology partners.

Through his industry experience and networks, David has held National Business Development Management roles in the Construction and Maintenance markets. In addition, he took a leadership role in creating Growth Forums developing major mechanical, electrical and fire opportunities for the Norfolk Group including support to the International business.

He has held senior operational and business development roles locally and internationally across Asia Pacific and the Middle East supporting the industrial, building and technological engineering industries. David has more than 20 years industry experience and certification in business management, supported by various industry and functional studies.





  

HR Business Partner – Maintenance & Group Employee Relations Manager

Elizabeth Hardaker


Elizabeth joined Norfolk in October 2011 in the capacity of HR Business Partner – Haden & Regional HR Manager. Subsequently, Elizabeth has now been appointed to the role of HR Business Partner – Maintenance and Group Employee Relations Manager. In this role, Elizabeth provides strategic and operational support for the Maintenance business in addition to managing Industrial and Employee relations for the group (encompassing Maintenance, Construction and Resolve FM).

Elizabeth has over 10 years experience in human resources and prior to joining Norfolk, Elizabeth held roles with Cadbury Schweppes and OneSteel in senior HR roles.

Elizabeth holds formal qualifications in HR, general management and is a qualified workplace trainer and assessor.
