Chief Executive, New Zealand

Keith Blind

Keith Blind is the Chief Executive Officer for ODG HADEN Maintenance and is responsible for ODG HADEN's Maintenance businesses in Australia and New Zealand.

He joined Norfolk in September 2010 as General Manager, New Zealand.
Keith has extensive industry knowledge and practical experience in operations, fiscal responsibility, employee relations and communication. 

Keith has been an executive member of the Fire Protection Association for 10 years and a member of their governance committee and is a director of three companies in the association.

Prior to working for the Norfolk Group, Keith was with Tyco New Zealand where he started in 1991 as a Branch Manager, rising to the position of Vice President and General Manager of New Zealand and Fiji which he held from 2002 to 2010. 



 



Southern Region Manager

Ian Hawke


Since March 2005, Ian Hawke has held responsibility for the Haden (previously Climatech) branches and business units within the South Island, ensuring a co-ordinated and consistent delivery of projects and services.

He has brought a wealth of experience to Haden, since joining the company in 2002. His previous positions in Climatech were as Contracts Manager for South Island installation works and Design Manager. Ian has more than 20 years experience across estimating, CAD, design engineering and project management with Mechanical and Electrical Services Engineering companies in the UK. He has also been involved in technical functions, apprentice training and development, project delivery and involvement with business operations as a company director.

Ian holds a National Certificate and Higher National Diploma in Building Services Engineering in UK. He has also completed a variety of CPD courses and registration as Independent Qualified Person (IQP) under the Building Act for South Island.








Central Region Manager

Glen Spencer


Glen has over 20 years experience in the mechanical services business. For the past six years, he has managed the Wellington Branch, managing operations and helping his staff to exceed customer expectations.

Glen has extensive experience in the mechanical engineering industry, having held positions with Climatech as Service then Project Manager, and similar positions with Wormalds prior to that.

Glen holds qualifications in Mechanical engineering (heavy industry) NZCE.






 

National Sales Manager

Lucky Souproanuck


In October 2010, Lucky was appointed National Sales Manager of the Norfolk New Zealand group of businesses, which includes Haden, O’Donnell Griffin, Metalbilt® Doors, Danks Roller Doors and Energy Products International. Lucky is responsible for the ongoing growth and development of these companies through effective customer relationships, sales development and management.

Lucky has 26 years experience within the building services industry gaining considerable knowledge in construction, maintenance and project management solutions throughout his career.
 
Prior to joining Norfolk New Zealand, Lucky was the National Business Development Manager for Wormald New Zealand (Tyco International) and Client Relationship Manager for Terracon Industries Ltd




  



Finance Director

David Pearson


David Pearson joined Norfolk in November 2010 as Finance Director for the Norfolk New Zealand group of businesses, which includes Haden, O’Donnell Griffin, Metalbilt® Doors, Danks Roller Doors and Energy Products International.
 
David is a highly experienced and qualified Finance professional with proven history at a senior level across a range of industries including construction, telecommunications, financial services and military in both New Zealand and Australia.
.
Prior to joining Norfolk, David held a senior finance role at Fletcher Construction for seven years. David has extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, systems development and implementation, business acquisition, people management and taxation.
David graduated from Otago University with a Bachelor of Commerce and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Accountants.
