Ministers Award For Excellence

ODG HADEN Maintenance (formerly Haden Engineering) has been honoured at the 2010 Ministers Awards for Excellence, winning the Employer of Australian Apprentices Award for the Northern Queensland (Cairns) region, and runner up for Central Queensland (Rockhampton) region at a presentation ceremony held at Parliament House, Canberra. The Ministers Award for Excellence recognises local employers who demonstrate outstanding efforts in supporting and employing apprentices. The annual awards are in their 10th year and are presented in regional categories throughout Australia.   

MIGAS apprentice challenge

The MIGAS Apprentice challenge recognises and rewards the talents of our best HVAC&R apprentices from around the country. Devised by Haden and MIGAS in 2010, it is well supported by top industry suppliers and TAFE, demonstrating an appreciation of apprentices’ commitment to working, and studying, hard. 

National Apprentice Program Award

ODG HADEN Maintenance (formerly Haden Engineering) won Best Apprentice Program at the 2008 CoolWorld Industry Awards. Our commitment to ensuring that apprentice training is constantly monitored and reviewed to industry best practice was praised by the judges.
