CONSTRUCTION CAPABILITIES

Within the building industry, Haden's name is frequently associated with iconic construction, dating back to our initial project installing the HVAC&R for the Sydney Opera House.

Naturally inquisitive, our construction employees actively seek out work that offers challenges to the way we design and think about building services. This has led to Haden being involved in a diverse range of contracts:

• entering into a public private partnership (PPP) with the NSW Government in the redevelopment of a large regional health care facility including administration offices, surgeries, theatres, laboratories, treatment rooms, circulation areas, emergency facilities and accommodation  
• developing highly complex systems to protect exhibition artefacts and provide comfort to patrons for a national musuem 
• working closely with a water treatment supplier to develop a treatment regime to retain water in the system longer, resulting in significant water consumption savings and raising the building's Greenstar rating
• being involved in highly rated ABGR and Greenstar building projects
• establishing offshore bases to service projects in remote locations
• designing environmental efficiencies into upgrades and refurbishments.
