Integrated engineering services company, Norfolk Group Limited (ASX: NFK), announces the resignation of Chief Operating Officer, Mr Kim Truter, effective immediately.
Integrated engineering services company, Norfolk Group Limited (ASX: NFK), announces the resignation of Chief Operating Officer, Mr Kim Truter, effective immediately.
Mr Truter is leaving the Group to return to a position in the resources sector, having previously worked for a range of resources companies.
Norfolk’s three divisions, O’Donnell Griffin, Haden and Resolve FM, will now report directly into the Group’s Managing Director, Glenn Wallace.
On the resignation, Mr Wallace said: “On behalf of the company and the Board, I would like to thank Kim for his contribution to Norfolk. In his time at Norfolk, Kim has implemented a range of processes and procedures which have continued the company’s drive for operational excellence. We wish Kim well in his future endeavours.
