WORKING WITH ODG HADEN

ODG HADEN is a member of the Norfolk Group. One of the benefits of being part of this group is the sharing of resources such as those referred to on this page.

Sourcing, contracting and supplier management for goods and services with ODG HADEN is undertaken at the most appropriate level for each supply. Management may be at a national, regional, business and/or individual site level.

Safety on ODG HADEN sites

All our suppliers and subcontractors are required to adhere to the policies and procedures below whenever doing business with us. Suppliers and subcontractors are responsible for reviewing these documents and following the described processes.

1. Norfolk Health, Safety & Environment Policy;
2. Norfolk Workplace Behaviour Policy;
3. Norfolk Code of Conduct for Directors, Employees & Contractors;
4. ODG HADEN Contractor Code of Practice (Occupational Health & Safety); and
5. Norfolk Hazard and Incident Reporting Form.

Supplying or subcontracting to ODG HADEN

Unless a separate overriding contract has been entered into with ODG HADEN, all goods and services supplied to ODG HADEN are required to be in accordance with our standard terms and conditions.

For construction/installation works: Norfolk Construction Subcontract
For service/maintenance works: Norfolk Services Subcontract
For independent contractors/consultants: Norfolk Independent Contractor Agreement
For all other suppliers or where no written agreement is entered into then the following will apply: Norfolk Purchase Order Terms and Conditions.

Registering with ODG HADEN

New suppliers or subcontractors who wish to be deal with ODG HADEN in Australia must as a first step, register with ODG HADEN TenderLink portal:

Suppliers and Subcontractors will be requested to fill in a Pre-qualification questionnaire that will need to be uploaded with required supporting documents to the TenderLink web portal where ODG HADEN will be able to retrieve the information and review it before including you on our central register.

When an ODG HADEN Business works for You

Unless a separate overriding contract has been entered into with ODG HADEN, all goods and services supplied by ODG HADEN, are supplied subject to our standard Norfolk Terms and Conditions of Sale.
